With over 16 years in both the high-end residential and commercial construction industries, Bourré Construction Group has an extensive portfolio of completed projects. Our team has been involved in residential and commercial construction ranging from $1 million to $10 million+.

Our Story

Since Michael Bourré launched Bourré Construction Group in 2005, the company has grown into one of the most successful residential and commercial contractors in Northeast Florida with future growth looking brighter than ever.

Bourré Construction Group’s business began to flourish almost immediately upon opening its doors. On the residential side, Michael purchased 13 prime lots in World Golf Village, a popular development in fast growing St. Johns County, and built homes in the $500k-$1 million range. Also, several commercial project opportunities early on, including building of the Wounded Warriors headquarters in Jacksonville, enabled the company to continue its dual paths of serving both residential and commercial markets.

Today, the company is pursuing an opportunity to target the high end residential real estate market. Michael’s commercial construction background and expertise has allowed him to apply advanced commercial construction techniques to high end residential construction projects, including applying complex foundation systems in luxury homes. Today, teaming with notable Florida architects and others within the construction industry, Bourré Construction Group is focusing its residential business on luxury residences throughout Florida, including a stunning $18 million home in the Tampa Bay area.
